The Center for Teaching and Learning invites all faculty members to take part in a two-day seminar-workshop titled “Emotionally Intelligent Teaching: Cultivating Connection, Care, and Growth in the UA&P Classroom.”
The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Celerino Tiongco, UA&P Emeritus Associate Professor, whose wealth of experience and deep understanding of emotionally intelligent pedagogy will guide participants through insightful discussions and practical applications.
Scheduled for August 6 and 8 (Wednesday & Friday) from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, the sessions will be held at the Executive Cafe Meeting Rooms.

The Center for Student Affairs - Office of Student Development is pleased to inform you about the B.I.G.G.K.A.S. - Job Hunting Essentials project happening this month of July 2025, which will benefit students and course completers from the Pasig City Skills Development Office (PCSDO).
The project includes a workshop on using an online job portal, resume writing, and preparing for a job interview. Aside from this, the participants will also have an opportunity to shop for preloved office clothes (for free), which they may use for their job.
In line with this, we would like to ask for your support through the generous donation of preloved ready-to-wear (clean) business/office wear, such as blouses, skirts, dresses, pants, polo shirts, neckties, blazers, coats, shoes, etc. Moreover, your help in disseminating information about this will also be appreciated.
Donations will be accepted at the Center for Student Affairs (2/F CAS Bldg.) starting July 10 (Thursday) until July 25 (Friday).

The University of Asia and the Pacific, through the School of Management (SMN) and the School of Sciences, Engineering, and Technology (SSE), participated in the 2025 Association of Southeast Asian Institutions of Higher Learning (ASAIHL) Conference held from July 6 to 8, 2025, at Beltei International University in Cambodia. The conference had the theme "Digitalization of Higher Education."
Representing UA&P were SMN faculty members Mr. Patrick Zeta and Atty. Ma. Veronica Manalo, and SSE lecturer Ms. Katrina Mae Procorpio.

Mr. Zeta presented his paper titled "Exploring the effect of internet banking service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty among college students." His research contributed to the broader discussions at the conference, highlighting the impact of digitalization beyond traditional academic settings.
The ASAIHL conference brings together leaders and scholars from across the region to discuss critical issues and innovations in higher education.

The study aims to better understand the interests, motivations, challenges, and aspirations of students involved in arts and culture-related groups, and to use these insights to design programs that are more relevant for the student body.

The Southeast Asia Business Studies Unit (SEABS) is pleased to invite everyone to join PMW 101: Project Management for Beginners on August 27–28, 2025 (Wednesday-Thursday), at the University of Asia and the Pacific.
Originally designed as a three-day course, PMW 101 has been streamlined into a more focused two-day format. The revised program aims to equip participants with essential project management skills while maintaining the depth and quality of the original session.
