The new Student Information System (SIS), Edusuite, has replaced the EmpowerED platform, including: online enrollment, official grades, curriculum tracking, and online payments.
Please follow these steps carefully to ensure your registration is successful.
Reset Password: Check your email for a reset link and set your new password.
Note: You should have received an email to reset your Edusuite account password by now. If you did not use it within 24 hours, it has expired. If this is the case, go to uap.edusuite.asia, click on "Forgot Password," and enter your uap.asia email address to receive another password reset email.
Privacy Policy: Upon your first successful login, read and click Agree to the Edusuite Privacy Policy.
⚠️ CRITICAL: DO NOT click the button that says "Switch to New UI." It is currently in Beta and will cause errors with your enlistment.
Before you can enlist, you must ensure your student records are up to date.
Click Profile on the left-hand panel.
Update All Sections: Edit every section and click Save for each. Ensure no required fields are left blank.
Enter Enrollment: Once your profile is verified, the Go to Enrollment button will activate. Clicking this will open the enrollment interface in a new tab.
Manage Courses: Your pre-enlisted subjects will appear on the right side.
To Add/Delete: Select the course and choose your preferred schedule.
Note for Freshmen, EM, and JC Students: You are fully pre-enlisted and cannot modify courses without approval from your Program Officer.
Confirm: Click the Enlist button. This will generate your initial tuition assessment.
Select your preferred Payment Scheme.
Click Update Payment Scheme to lock in your choice.
Click View Assessment again to see your final, updated fees.
Switch back to your original browser tab.
Click My Payment on the left panel.
Here, you can toggle between the Payment and Assessment tabs to review your balance and settle your account.
🛑 IMPORTANT REMINDER: The 72-Hour Rule: You must settle your payment within 72 hours (3 days) of confirming your enlistment. Failure to do so will result in the automatic deletion of your enlisted subjects, and you will have to repeat the process (subject to slot availability).
Any outstanding tuition balances from the first semester of the 2025–2026 school year will not be reflected in students' EduSuite portals. Students with unpaid balances from the previous semester are requested to settle their accounts during the enrollment period, which runs from January 6 to January 13, 2026.
Students with outstanding balances after the enrollment period closes will be tagged as Conditionally Enrolled until their balances are paid in full.
Payments may be made via bank deposit or transfer to one of the university's official bank accounts.
