The EmpowerED student portal is now offline. We are in the process of transitioning to a new platform for student information and services. Please read the critical deadlines and instructions below.
The EmpowerED portal is permanently disabled as of November 30, 2025. It is no longer active for viewing grades, student status, or downloading any records.
Previous Record Access and Data Security: All historical academic records are secured and currently being migrated to the new Edusuite system. Your data is safe. If you urgently require an official document (e.g., certification, transcript of records) during this transition period, please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@uap.asia.
Please be advised that the online payment gateways previously utilized through the EmpowerED portal (Dragonpay, Cybersource) are deactivated due to the ongoing system transition.
While our new Student Information System, Edusuite, is being set up, all tuition and fee payments, effective December 1, 2025, must be processed through the following temporary channels:

Mandatory Payment Submission:
After payment, keep a copy of the validated deposit slip or transfer screenshot.
Immediately send it to the Financial Management and Reporting (FMR) Office at: fmr.biu@uap.asia.
Your official receipt will be issued via email within 2 to 3 working days after submission.
You may also pay in person at the University Cashier:
Location: 2nd Floor, Accounting Office, CAS Building.
Official receipts will be issued immediately upon payment.
Important Deadlines and Future Payments
Action for Unpaid Balances: Students who have outstanding balances as of November 28, 2025, are advised to settle their accounts on or before December 10, 2025. Failure to settle may result in delays in enrollment or restricted access to services when the new system goes live.
Future Online Payments: Once the new Edusuite platform is available, you will be able to make online payments directly through the new system again.
Our new Student Information System (SIS), Edusuite, will replace all core EmpowerED functions, including: official grades, curriculum tracking, online enrollment, and future online payments.
Go-Live Date: Edusuite is expected to launch during enlistment for the Second Term.
Grade Access Note: Grades will be available to view in the Edusuite system on the afternoon of December 17. The migration of grades from Canvas to Edusuite is scheduled for December 17, 2025. In the meantime, please check your Canvas account to view your first semester grades.
Future Payments: Once Edusuite launches, students will be able to make online payments directly through the Edusuite portal during enrollment.
Details on how to access the Edusuite platform, including log-in credentials, will be provided in due time.
